We, of course, can't decide for you. A neuro can't hurt. But a therapist may be just as advisable, or more so. The key is "a relapse in my anxiety and OCD."
Anxiety comes up with all kinds of symptoms. How you will deal with the anxiety is the primary question, at least in my mind. It may take a little time for increased meds to help. Maybe CBT, maybe exercise, maybe meditation can help. Wishing you all the best, keep us posted.
