Freaking out today!
« on: January 08, 2014, 08:17:21 PM »
I don't know if this is a blood clot or just anxiety. I was having chest/leg pains in December and I went to the ER twice in 2 weeks. 1st time they did a d-dimer test and chest x-ray and said everything looked fine. The second time they did more blood work and another d dimer and again everything was normal. Now both my legs are hurting from my ankle to my thigh. Right before this I was having knee cap pain in both legs. Is it possible that it could be a blood clot?

It's probably psychosomatic. Stop worrying about it and it will go away. Good luck.

Dx: GAD, DESNOS, Fibro and other physical issues. Nothing serious, but of course my anxious mind will often find something very serious as with other things in my life. Anxiety is a fraud. Anxiety is not YOU or ME, it is an illness.

Anxiety makes you have irrational thoughts. most likely it is anxiety, i had constant anxiety for well over a month and always experienced pain. in my arms, chest and head ( still get head pains ).
