Hello, it sounds like you are dealing with anxiety, nothing more.  That is not to belittle the effects of anxiety but while scary it is not detrimental to your health.  I have had many of the symptoms you describe and am now on Zoloft for my anxiety which keeps them pretty well under control. Have you spoken to a doc about your symptoms?  And by that I mean a real doc not Dr. Google or Web MD!  At only 17 the chances of you having anything seriously physically wrong with you are slim to none.  My advice is to find a good doc that you are comfortable with (this can take a few tries, the first doc I went to acted like I was bothering her by being there so I went to another one and him I really liked) and tell them about your symptoms and concerns, then do what they tell you to.  They will know about lots of medical and therapeutic treatment options and can guide you to the ones that are right for you. Remember: They went to school for 8 years to get that MD after their name!  I hope this helps and hang in there!
