Winter making anxiety worse
« on: January 05, 2014, 08:07:48 PM »
Wind chill is -30 here today until Tuesday! Leaving us stranded inside. My anxiety is haywire! I've been dizzy lightheaded all day! And I've been sitting here wondering if it's caused by cancer. I haven't had a full CBC in probably over a year. I have no insurance now. But I'm almost tempted to pay out of picket for a full CBC. Ugh =\

I understand. I had a bad anxiety attack today when I went out to help my dad in the blizzard. I felt a pain in my chest and came back inside. i did the dumb thing & googled chest pain and of course heart attack came up. it's so embarrassing now but my family called 911 cause the anxiety attack became severe and the ambulance got stuck in the snow. not one, not two, but 3!i was freaking out. then i got scared again cause i read about hypothermia and then i got a sudden cold feeling in my chest  :fragend005: i think it's just all in our minds and we need to keep warm. i'm also a Christian so i will pray and study the word. If you're not a Christian, just know that you can always come to God, He loves you.
