Hey guys welcome to 2014!!!
Hope every one enjoyed there new years ever. New Years is always a great motivation for people to change their habits. What are some of the new years resolutions you guys set out for yourselves??
-Only have one "cheat meal" per day
-Do crossfit 4 days a week (just joined last week)
-Start sitting (meditating) 6 days a week around 10 min a day and then gradually increase to 20.
-To not look for as much reassurance on the internet for obsessive thoughts.
Hope everyone improves with there problems this year
