Mine are
-Only have one "cheat meal" per day
-Do crossfit 4 days a week (just joined last week)
-Start sitting (meditating) 6 days a week around 10 min a day and then gradually increase to 20.
-To not look for as much reassurance on the internet for obsessive thoughts.

Hope everyone improves with there problems this year

I don't base any resolutions around my condition at all. I find taken it day by day and as it comes works best for me. Rather than place expectations on myself. I have nothing wrong with others making promises to themselves. If that works for them, then great. The best of luck to them all. I really hope that everybody's dreams come true. But if fail don't be too hard on yourself. Because anxiety can kick hard when we least expect it.
