Lymph nodes under breast area
« on: January 02, 2014, 06:06:37 PM »
My HA has gotten better over the past year but has flared up again over past few weeks. It all started a lymph node along with a bruise under my left breast area. The size of the node has fluctuated but the bruise is still there. Its not big though. Not even an inch. Now another lymph node has appeared under my right breast. I don't feel sick or have any symptoms though. I know male breast cancer is rare but can lymph nodes swell for no reason?

Hi there!

Lymph nodes can swell for soooooo many different reasons. If you are sick, or fighting an infection. Rarely is it anything serious. Just to be sure, I would check it out with you GP who will feel it and probably tell you it's nothing! Relax and try not to think about it too much. Good luck!
