So in total you've had two ct scans (with a completely normal msv) and an X-ray?

The msv you received was NORMAL for those tests.

You asked in your first post if anyone had been exposed to 20+ msv and the answer is yes. Pretty much anyone who has had a ct scan has been. Which would be the majority of the population.

do ya 'll think if high dose ***** once
is worse, harder for body to repair
like pet/ct, nuclear stress tests etc.

thank you again for helping.
I am trying to get good info.
am seeing medical oncologist next
week to see do I have c from this
or rad sickness cause total it's a lot.
I think it's a possibility as much as
I don't want it to be and I am listening..
I never get sick and this has been going
on a long while since pet/ct.

I dont like doing the back and forth, you don't know anything etc.
I have corresponded with Dr. Brenner and the geneticist I mentioned.
I'm scared for my 5 year old daughter losing me, scared of death.
I'm going to dr for symptoms, I shouldn't have to be in pain, nauseous and scared
and not feel like myself every day. I very well could have hurt my cells beyond repair i don't know..
thanks everyone for input and while these tests might be typical msv it doesn't mean they're safe
for everyone and that's part of the point, doctors DO order things they don't understand, and don't always
make good decisions. Im hoping these decisions don't cost me my life.

It sounds like the only thing that's going to reassure you is seeing the doctor - so please let us know what they say.

Hope you feel better soon and get some peace of mind. :)

Thanks. I went to oncologist so far nothing's presented itself but she was not very
knowledgeable about ct pet dosing. I think often drs look at scans and not dosing.
Eg she saw 3 said doesn't look bad. She said if I do get it then will probably
be where pet radiation touched which could be anywhere :( so anyone who wants
a body scan beware if it's ct, & u don't have cancer.

My family dr said they should have used lower dose.
doing pet/ct in someone withiut cancer and at high dose isn't right.
It's a huge risk to me as a patient ESP when I have to keep following
the nodules.

We'll talk to attorney at end of the month.

Meanwhile I'm doing acupuncture, supplements need to change diet get a marijuana card
or recreational marijuana I don't have to smoke.
and hope for the best. I'm scared but it is making things worse.
