50mg Zoloft ineffective?

Is 50mg of Zoloft an ineffective dose for depression and anxiety?

It is right at the low end of the therapeutic range. Most need to take 100-150mg, but 50mg may be enough for you. The only way to know is to try it. If you're not getting good results after 6-8 weeks then go up to 100mg for a while.

If you've been on that dose for a few months You should raise your dosage,under the supervision of your doctor.  If you still experience thoughts of 0119 and OCD, that alone should tell you the Zoloft needs to be raised.

You should titrate at the least amount, like 12'5 mg until you get to 100mg to manage those symptoms.
