Definitely no need to worry. Happens to me a lot too! Probably just the way you slept!

I get this often. I notice it more when my anxiety is high. I have TERRIBLE posture - in the car, at the computer, even just walking my posture is horrible! Probably from sleeping wrong, poor posture, or even anxiety itself. The muscles in your neck can become tense when you're stressed out.

now its more on the bottom of my neck and collarbone area probly because i have been touching it so much...seemed to have got a little worse after i put cold on it and bad taken a warm bath and kept pouring the water on the area. I watching tv laying on my side with my hand proping my head up (same side as pain) and i have been watching dexter, about 4-5 episodes last night and slept on the couch so probly that then?
