From what I've read, It's a rare cancer in general and usually happens when you are in your 60's-70's

I was also fearing stomach cancer. I'm only 26 years old and the chances of us developing it are very slim. Unfortunately the symptoms are pretty general and so I understand why this would be frightful. Best of luck.

Freaking out about this too. I keep having stabbing pains around the left side of my navel and my stomach (the actual organ) feels swollen and hurts when I bend/twist move. I'm a mess.

The chances of a 30 year old having stomach cancer are extremely remote. Your symptoms are probably
due to stress, a virus, etc.

I was freaking out about stomach cancer for a while and then realized after a few months if I had stomach cancer I'd be dead by now or hospitalized. I still have all kinds of digestive problems, but my mind is now off stomach cancer and has moved on to appendicitis, ulcer, perforation, abdominal aortic tears. Yaaaay!
