I've been getting the same as well for two weeks. Started off as tingling in my left foot, sometimes feelings of warm streaks, now its feelings of bugs crawling on my skin. Has spread to both legs and is intermittent. I've noticed it seems to happen more often the day after I've been drinking alcohol. I've also been very anxious about rabies for the past month.

I'm pretty sure its anxiety related what me and you both have. Especially your pressure on your eyes - that's a very common anxiety symptom. Are you worried about anything?

pins and needles and prickly skin feeling is one of my first warning signs an anxiety 'episode' is on the way.  sometimes it starts in my scalp, sometimes my neck and arms, sometimes legs... etc.

it did occasionally escalate to facial numbness, mostly on the left side of my face.  all typical signs of anxiety. stupid anxiety.

He doesn't even have to be aware of a worry. Anxiety is sneaky, it sometimes appears for no reason!

@loveya14: You should forget about them and they'll go away. 4 sho! Go about your everyday life, do stuff you like and distract your mind. You will soon see that they are gone.

The scalp sensations ( mostly crawling sensations , which sounds weird ) are the scariest and most obsessive for me , although I feel it all over  ::)
