This happen to anyone else?

Ever wake up with just a general feeling of anxiety, and you don't know what's causing it so you try to pinpoint what it is and essentially end up going over EVERY THING YOU'VE EVER WORRIED ABOUT EVER and then make it even worse?

Usually I wake up OK, but as the day goes on, then things may go downhill.

it happens to me sometimes id say 1-2 times a week its normal for some people

I've done this before. I don't always remember what I dream about, but if I know that I was dreaming about something before I wake up, I can feel anxious.

Other days, I just wake up this way. Maybe I didn't sleep well, maybe the dogs had me up all night, or maybe my brain just wouldn't shut down. You are surely not alone!

I do the same thing. So then you keep worrying & worrying, & it makes it 10x worse.

Unfortunately, yes.  :( It happens every so often, not daily though.

Not everyday, but frequent enough. I spend all night and the day after an anxiety attack doing what you described.
