I have a cold, a bad cold, green phlegm and a horrible painful cough keeping me up at night. Today every single time i cough it hurts my chest, like right where my heart is. I had a stomach virus last week and am afraid that the constant throwing up affected my heart. I had been bulimic years ago but have gotten my heart checked twice towards the end of my bulimia. I also just gave birth 5 months ago and had no complications. Could the cough be causing chest pain?

Yes, absolutely. When you cough violently and keep on doing it, you jar your whole body.

Sorry for what you have been going through and i hope you feel well soon! You know i just had bad cold few days ago and resulted into a cough and also have gotten worse that my asthma was triggered by my cold. And right now eughh i had a sore swollen lymph node at back of my neck which maybe caused by my bad cold. well it isn't really that swollen tough but it's sore and tender to touch.

Hope you get well soon cause Christmas is about to come!
Best of lucks for us hun
