Anxiety /depression on time spent

Hi I have OCD/Depression.One thing I have trouble coping is I am afraid of time pasting by. i was afraid I didnt spent much time on work ,didnt spent much time with family,and even didnt spent much time with self therapy.

I always slept like 5 hours(or even 4),and i always woke up on 3 or  4 am.I have may be nice dreams,but I always feeel a bit of bitterness and shock when I wake up,and the anxiety n depression comes in.

Maybe most of u cant cope with 1st part,but someone please tell me how to cope with 2nd(I hope you have solution on 2nd) :laugh3:

It is best not to look back, but to look forward, as looking back does not really
accomplish anything, except to make you more anxious and remorseful.
