I actually find that smoking makes my anxiety worse right after i finish a cig. I want to quit too but cannot afford the method I think would work for me. Maybe it could work for you, My plan is to buy one of the personal nicotine vaporizers and slowly reduce the nicotine content week by week week one 16mg (reg cig strength) week 2 11 mg, week 3 8 mg, and week 4 zero mg. so eventually i'll just be inhaling water vapor. I hope this idea might help. as for quitting cold turkey it sucks If you want to do it that way you just got to power through it. I've done it before but I always seem to go back.

maybe, you think you can save me. Will you love me? Take care of me? Heal all my pain?
