I am 3 weeks in and so far it hasn't bothered me at all, I have tried the e cigarettes  before and they actually made me want a smoke more so that isn't an option for me. I agree smoking is a hard habit to break definitely the devil! Good luck becoming smoke free again! It's tough but when your ready you will do it

So proud of you. I am a smoker, and I'm ready to take the plunge. It is a very hard thing to do. I'm not even sure were to start. I am petrified anxiety will get the best of me. I am so happy for you, keep going. I hope to be on that wagon with you real soon. Wishing you the best of luck! ;D

Thank you so much! I'm using the patch and haven't any problems so far :) my anxiety is definitely up a bit but it's worth it in the end! When you are ready to quit you will know, and I'm sure you will do great! When you decide to quit post here and I will cheer you on the same as Kathy is doing for me  :action-smiley-065:

Thanks Kathie!! Just a quick update, TOMORROW will be 1 month completely smoke free!! I took your advice and saved all my smoke money and will be using the $350 for a spa day reward for myself  I'm starting to feel much better!! ( aside from my normal everyday anxiety lol) I will check in again when I hit 6 weeks... Unless I need support! You are an amazing cheerleader Kathie and a huge inspiration with your quitting smoking story!

You rock!!!!!!  You've hit yet another milestone....I say it's time to treat yourself to something nice!!!!!  Great job Kindra!  You shortness of breath will stop soon when your lungs get used to filling up again with something besides the nastiness of cigarettes!!!!  Keep up the good work!!!!!

8 weeks smoke free yesterday!! And even better news, my husband, who smokes 2 packs a day is 2 weeks smoke free!! Things have been going really good! Anxiety still spikes a lot but it's worth it!! I think the worst part is the shortness of breath as my lungs clear out. Will check in again in a couple of weeks!!  :action-smiley-065:
