Hey everyone!
I'm new to the forum but found it on my search for anxiety help!  I have been an avid workout enthusiast for several years but it has all stopped due to my recent anxiety attacks!  The minute my hr goes up, I freak out now!  I feel light headed and dizzy and start to panic.  I've had 2 EKGs done and an echo and they all came back perfectly normal!  I'm starting to get very depressed bc of this.  Anyone else experience this And go back to normal?

Hi Nd84, welcome to Anxiety Zone!

'Introduce yourself' is a good section for our new members to start their journey, however I suggest you take a look at other sections/forums also and ask your question in the forum you find suitable. Please feel free to post or start new topics. The reason I'm suggesting this is that many times members get more feedback in sections, related to specific concerns.
We also have a chat here. It is open for members over 18 years of age who have made 3 meaningful posts.
