Anyone know how can stop feeling hungry??

I eat then couple hours later hungry again

I would eat foods that fill you up, eat frequent small meals throughout the day or take healthy
snacks in between meals.

It could be the content of what you eat. You need protein and a certain amount of fat to stay less hungry for longer periods.

Vegetables and fruit, for example, while very healthy, will have you searching for other ideas in no time. Try some chicken or meat or fish or eggs with each meal and see how you do. There are some protein enriched pastas and sauce you might like to try.
