Medication ?
« on: December 04, 2013, 05:44:19 PM »
Just from personal experience the best medication that I have found for panic and agoraphobia is zoloft with klonapin as needed.
I have tried imimpramine, paxil, celexca, effexor, buspar, mirtaziprine, doxipin and probably a few others over the past 20 plus years.
I would like to know other peoples experience and suggestions.

What works well for one person may not work as well for another person. I am on a mixture. No problems at all with what I take. It gets me out and about. Medication is only part of the answer though. The hardest part the person has to do themselves. Putting themselves out there. Facing up to their fears. They can be helped along the way by a good therapist. So medication, therapy and hard work by yourself. But if something works for you, then good for you. There is no wrong answer here. Only a search for the right combination.
