Feeling sick - winter cold?
« on: December 04, 2013, 09:19:07 AM »
For the past few days I've been feeling weak and unmotivated. Being the heart worrier that I am I constantly check my oxygen and heart rate and at rest its 98-99 for oxygen and high 50s/low 60s so good. But I still have this weak feeling in my chest and feel off. Like I just want to sleep all day & I feel achy/head pressure in the evening. I'm starting to get worried that its something serious even though its probably just the beginning of a cold or my anxiety being irritated more than usual.

Anyone else have this?

Sounds like a cold or allergies.  When I am coming down with a bug all I want to do is hibernate and allergies make everyone feel blah.  No fun but nothing to worry about either.  Hang in there!
