Neck is really tense
« on: December 04, 2013, 02:07:12 AM »
Hey, following a panic attack earlier tonight my neck muscles have stayed really tense. When I swallow all the ones on the front go rigid/tight. Causing swallowing discomfort but other wise okay.
I've tried a hot bath to relax them, don't have any ibbuprophrn left in the house.
Any tips on how to get these to settle down? I don't want to google advise and end up reading that I have lupus or some such madness :laugh3:.
Any who  advise would be appreciated. Thanks

Hasn't gotten any better, I just tried to swallow my meds and they got caught / took four big swallows to get down. I'm trying to be mellow but this is freaking me out.
I'm going to try to sleep but I'm worried I'm going to choke on spit or something. I realize that's a little dramatic but I'm worried about it. Fun night.
