Welcome to anxietyzone. You will find this forum both informative and helpful, as you will find others who have similar
issues as yourself, so you will know you are not alone. Severe anxiety may require therapy and or medication. I would consult a
health professional. Omega 3's, magnesium, L-Theanine, etc., may also help.

Depending on the severity of your anxiety you may need meds or therapy, but first start with some exercise, music and distraction and see if that helps.  What are your anxiety symptoms?

there are several things. Meditation, medication, CBT and hypnotherapy all help. You need to find what works best for you, everyone is different. For example I'd never consider medication. i have however tried hypnotherapy and it is quite relaxing. Also reading A LOT about anxiety and reading success stories can relax you and even motivate you.
