Past 3 oclock AM
Cannot sleep, never do
I have work today :P

Don't mind me, I just can't sleep so I wrote a haiku.  I'm glad nobody else is on cuz that means you guys are actually sleeping!!!  My shrink's advice to me "Get more exercise and you'll sleep better"....nah, it just makes me sweat.  This sucks.  I'm so tired by like 11 or 12ish, so I get in bed....and I just can't fall asleep.  Then around 5 or 6am, I finally fall asleep and sleep the day away or have to drag myself out of bed to go to work kind of zombie-ish.  Good thing I work at Starbucks, huh?  MMMMMM coffee.....

my life sucks......

I used to have what you did, insomnia, I couldent fall asleep for hours and if i did id wake back up 2-3 hours later but id start to have racing thoughts and it kept me up alll night until it passed and i fell asleep, some tips i have are, write down ur worries on paper, and dont look at your clock, youll only get more stressed and stay up longer. I know it sounds silly it did to me, but it worked for me, and about the 3 am thing, dont worry ill be there soon enough  :-\

 :yes: Yes i can't sleep at the momen and then i stress i can't sleep. Then I take a sleeping tablet and then I stress that I am a drug addict? Geeeezzzzz I hate anxiety
