I feel for you! DP is the scariest symptom.
I guess distraction is the best thing that has helped me in the past, really get focused into something (a movie, music, taking photos, drawing, cooking etc), try listening to a guided meditation app, or try physical exercise.
For me, when I first experienced it over a year ago, it was constant 24/7, and terrifying, I still experience it, but it has become less, and not as often. I guess it just takes time, and in the meantime, try something to focus your mind elsewhere, and remember that no matter what this is only your minds way of protecting you from all the stress and anxiety, and it CANNOT hurt you.
