« on: November 02, 2013, 05:15:02 PM »
This has been happening to me for 6 months. Crazy noises All the time from my bowels. No diahreha. Just the feeling of incomplete evacuation  I've had my stool tested. Ultrasound. Both clear. Consult for a sigmoidoscopy this coming Wednesday. Anyone else experience this oh do annoying noise and movement in their abdomen ????

Have they tested for ulcers at all? Peptic ulcers, which are very common with anxiety make one hell of a lot of noise on our insides. I always said it was like WWIII on my insides. I could touch my stomach area and hear the noises it would make. Peptic ulcers clear up easily enough. I am sure your doctors would be checking for such things. Seems a bit too obvious to miss. Just those sounds reminded me of such times years ago.

Peptic ulcers are easy to tell. Press your stomach and if makes all those weird noises chances are it might be one. I am no doctor though. They are the most easily treated ones of the lot. They can simply vanish. Might come on in times of bad anxiety.

Yes. When I touch it does gurgle. A lot. It's mostly my colon on the left side :( I've had ultrasounds and stool tests. All normal. I'm still afraid there maybe a growth in my Colon. Sigmoidoscopy consultation on wednesday

I won't even pretend to know what that big word means.  :laugh3: Hope it all goes well for you. That it turns out to be nothing serious. A peptic ulcer can be easily treated. As can most ulcers with simply medication until they clear up. Let us know how you get on.

It's like a colonoscopy. Lol. and knowing my HA had caused most of issues at this point is comforting in a way. I've come from pains and twitches. Not sleeping or eating to being happy energetic and no lOnger depressed. It is amazing what worry and stress does to your body

Me too, I can gurgle, whine and pop for England! Not been back to my doctor about it since I was disgnosed as I've just assumed its another delight of IBS, as it seems to match my GAD symptoms, the more anxious I am the more musical I am....I'm not to worried about it (I have enough else to worry about  :laugh3:) and it makes my son laugh  :laugh3:

my symptoms have lasted for years ( over 7) which are mainly left sided pain under my left rib cage. For the past 7 months its been this strange gurgling ( sounds like a cat purring kind of ) when I press down on my stomach. its a strange sensation when it occurs, doesnt really hurt but i can feel it. more in the morning or an hour after i eat.

It scares me. I am terribly afraid I have a blockage due to cancer :(. The gurgle is worse when I lay on left side and belly.  I never feel finished after a bM  very little pain. I'm 29 year old female.
