Yesterday was one of the worst days I've had in a very long time. I had full blown panic all day long. This was a weird panic attack, though. It made me feel like I was about to pass out (which is not new), but i also got convinced that I was having a spell of some sort (stroke, heart attack, diabetic coma, etc). This made the panic keep going and building. All the time, though, I knew it was just the anxiety but I couldn't make it stop. So, today I am exhausted and really anxious about going in to work. Does anyone have any tips on putting an especially bad day behind you and getting on with life?
