I've had panic attacks before, a couple of times a week, and they've always had some fear of illness in them.
But these days thanks mainly to BioFeedback and my own research I have them, I guess, twice a month.
Today what happened cought me totally by surprise.
I was sitting at home watching T.V. and had a small meal. After I was done eating I just lay on the couch
and fell asleep.
When I woke up I had abit of a heartburn sensation. A thought and image of me having internal bleeding in my
stomach came to mind. Knowing myself I dismissed it as a hypochondriac thought.
About 15 minutes later I felt very cold, and had trembling. I felt thats weird, so I checked my temperature
with a digital thermometer and it showed 35.4 C (95 F) I thought to myself "Thats abit low".
Next thing I started feeling dizzy, and my mouth went dry.
(And I've never had a P/A start with trembling and cold before)
I checked my Blood Pressure because usually its normal throughtout my P/As and this calms me down.
It was 160 on 80 and my heart was racing with my pulse being around 100.
I seriously thought this time its real, this time its not a regular P/A.
I mean it felt like a P/A but it had all now symptoms.
My mind was racing with thoughts of diabetes or internal bleeding.
Using google to search for information was a combination of helpfull and worsening.
I seriously thought about asking someone to drive me to the hospital.
after about 30 minutes of feeling like im about to die, I realized its the same old deal.
After about an hour from the beginning, it was over. I felt exhausted and went to sleep.
