so since yesterday I have been getting little dullish aches that appear in either my left or right side of chest. usually when they come (which is randomly) they are worse when I breathe in or sometimes out. last night my chest hurt while I was laying down to go to sleep so I had to change positions and it went away. now, I am sitting here at my laptop and the right side of my chest has been aching randomly on and off for the past like 10 minutes. it comes for a few sec and I try to sit up straight and breathe deep, then it goes away for a few sec/min and then comes back. I am scared it is something heart related.
I was doing really good with my anxiety today for once and then in my 7th hr class my neck and shoulder on the right side started hurting on and off. it went away before class ended but now the chest thing is happening and it's freaking me out. could it be posture? I sit rather hunched over on my computer all afternoon but that has never given me pain before... or maybe stomach wise? I am really hungry and haven't eaten in a while, could that cause your chest to feel weird? it's like in the area where my heart is. I know if I tell my mom i'm having chest pains and scared she will just roll her eyes and walk off, lol
so tell me, could this be caused by anxiety? or should I worry? as I type, I notice when it comes if I straighten up it sometimes immediately goes away, so could this all just be the way I sit? like I said it's not a bad pain (yet *gulp*) just a random, dull little achy feeling just in that ONE spot >_< so far, I have been sitting up straight trying to .see if it helps and I am not noticing the pain so that is leading me to believe it is my bad posture. I had an EKG and such which were normal, but I need to get my holter monitor done still (stupid thing is taking forever to get organized with my doctor, ugh!) just a little freaked out here :/
