Hi Everyone, would appreciate some feedback. For about a year now, I have been having strange problems and each problem lasts about 2 months then will mysteriously disappear and something new starts. I don't want to see a doctor because I am sick of hearing I don't know. I work in healthcare, and patients with similar problems are kind of in that world of frustration where you don't get any answers, and spend lots of money on unneccessary testing, just like me. For about a month now, I have been getting chest pressure just in the center of my ribcage, about 3rd or 4th rib down. I get it if i eat a big meal, followed by labored breathing and the need to sit down cause i feel like i can't get enough oxygen. I also get this after coffee (which is a stimulant). I also get this day after drinking alcohol. And lately, i get this during the first 5 minutes of exercising, then it gets better as the exercise goes on (i just push through). This morning i wake up, laying in bed, and laying flat I could feel the pressure there and also my back felt a little like sore muscles. Then when i got up it felt better. It just feels like tightness or something in the middle of my chest and now that it is affecting me working out it is getting really annoying. I don't have asthma, and it doesn't feel like GERD/reflux, there is no mucuous, no post nasal drip, no burning, no pain. It's just constant pressure and feeling like I am not getting enough oxygen. Also, lately, when i come in after my lunch break power walk (i just do a 20 minute walk every day, about a mile) my eye sight is a little blurry. I also noticed under my fingernails, they look a little blueish/purple. I am a very fit 35 yr old female on a very healthy diet... lots of veggies, fiber, protein, and I exercise every day. So what gives. I guess it's angina, but from what. And no, it does not feel like stress, anxiety, panic. All my testing is always normal except my upper endoscopy which showed signs of celiac disease or autoimmune disorder, but then i had bloodwork and negative for celiac and my ANA and rheum factor was normal so i was just told i don't know. And i work for gastroenterology, and people with same finding as me are told same thing, i dont know, if celiac and ANA panel is normal. Very frustrating.
