Firstly if you have no other symptoms and no other experiences that could indicate anxiety then you need to get checked over medically to see what a professional thinks.
However checking out your other posts I see that you have said yourself that you suffer from an extreme phobia of vomiting (emetephobia) and that you are on anxiety related medication, so this most definitely points to it being a symptom of anxiety.
What you may or may not realise is that anxiety is a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy, the more you FEAR something happening then the more you tend to develop symptoms that relate to that fear. You have a fear of vomiting so "symptoms", and confusing symptoms at that, have developed and it is always confusing / conflicting "symptoms" that cause anxiety - because by their very nature they upset us, throw us off balance, concern us, cause us to wonder further which brings in more, doubt, worry fear, etc. and that ultimately leads to - PANIC.
So in my opinion it is anxiety, however I have absolutely no way of knowing that for certain and, I am afraid, neither have you - and that is (PROBABLY) why you are getting so worked up, because these "symptoms" are "symptoms" that are surrounding, provoking, triggering your biggest fear.
Hope it helped highlight something
