I've posted before about how I've been having dizzy experiences. It's just like things are kinda discombobulated, you could say. I calm down after a bit.
Last night I fell asleep for maybe half an hour, then I woke up and fell asleep maybe three hours later at like 4AM. I then woke up at 6:30AM and didn't fall back asleep till 11AM or so, then woke up and stayed up arond 1:00-1:30 PM. I sat around and got ready, then left for my grandma's house around 4:30 or so. I felt fine, until we were at the table for dinner and through eating, I felt weird again. I excused myself to the bathroom, sat down in there, messed on my phone, and felt fine. But for the rest of the visit I felt just..weird. Dizzy. I excused myself multiple times to go to the bathroom just to calm myself down. And I got really sleepy. On the way home, the feeling started to leave, though I still felt kinda tired. Things were fine, until a bit ago. I just feel dizzy/weird again, and panicky, which I've been having panic episodes off the charts lately.
It's now 3:43AM and I'm still feeling this tiredness and I kind of feel dizzy. Do you think I'm so tired because I didn't sleep well last night?
I went to the doctor Thursday and they said it could be a few possibilities, plus he thought he saw pressure in my right ear. Which I've had problems with that ear before, so it wouldn't surprise me. He gave me some over the counter stuff called "Travel Sickness" or something like that, but that is supposed to make me drowsy and I don't feel "comfortable" to sleep right now. He said if things don't get better and I get headaches/extreme fatigue, then I should go to the ER and they'll do scans/tests. That freaked me out, to be honest. I always stay up, but tonight I just don't want to sleep because I'm afraid I have some brain issue now. :/
