I havent had anxiety symptoms in quite some time now.
My last panic attack was 2 weeks ago, when I thought I have a heart attack and I'm about to faint
-So far symptoms im 100% sure are anxiety were my short term memory loss
-My unexplained lump in the throat that is so bad sometimes I think there is really something there
Lately I have had this strange shortness of breath. I don't know how to describe it but it felt like I couldnt get all of the air out of my lungs before I take air again. Not like hyperventilating but like I was trying to catch my breath when I was breathing just fine. And that happened only when I was walking from school to home, and not when I was walking generally... just for that short portion of the day.
Generally my breathing was fine. I go horse back riding, and I was riding the other day and I was just fine, managed to preform difficult things from more than an hour, and didn't feel that tired. Then I was running for an hour and also felt fine. No difficulties breathing.
Yesterday I got scared from a strange pain all over my chest. Not very strong and severe but it was there. I thought I had a heart attack, and went to bed trying not to panic when I started getting nauseous and my hands and legs felt weak and started shaking. I was sure I was going to die. And I woke up this morning just fine. There was pain in my chest and back now and then, shortness of breath as usual but no other symptoms.
Im scared I might have something with my heart, or even an embolism
or something? I don't know what are the symptoms of embolism nor how to get it but I dont want to google...im going for 1 month google free so nope. I had 3 EKGs in the last 8 months, one of which was in August, all came back clear except that the doctor told me I have something called breathing arrhythmia or something I can't really translate to my language and I have no idea what that is but he said its not dangerous and a lot of people my age(17) have it.
I'm still scared I might get the same symptoms tonight and die from them
