Hi there! I'm an 18 year old female, who isn't on any birth control or smoking. I do sit most of the day, obviously at school, and then when I get home because I don't really have much to do. I do get up and walk/dance around in the basement at least 15-30 minutes and sometimes multiple times a day. But recently I've been pretty anxious/depressed/stressed, so I've been in my house most of the time. I went to the doctor for my anxiety/sleeping issue and she suggested a psychologist to talk with. And after I spoke with my doctor and got things off my chest, I felt soooo much better. But I don't have an appointment with a psychologist till October 17th. :/
Saturday night I was walking to my room and noticed a small pain below my knee, almost near my calf, and I instantly thought of a blood clot. I was walking around for maybe an hour, grocery shopping at Walmart, and then again for about another hour at a festival. I was wearing boots, but they have a heel like a cowboy boot/combat boot. Plus, I never had any problem with the boots before. Now I feel random pains in my leg, which is probably my anxiety because it's been super high. I've already Googled stuff (I know, it's bad, but I couldn't help it) and I don't have any other symptoms of a blood clot, though I am still so freaking worried!
My grandfather, on my mom's side just recently passed and the doctors believe it was believe it was a blood clot, but I'm not biologically related to him since my mom is adopted. Though, my grandmother on my dad's side was in the hospital two years ago for a blood clot in her leg and again last year over Thanksgiving for the same reason I think. And I am biologically related to her, so it makes me nervous.
Please help me calm down or something?
