Really frustrated and just need to vent. So, last year and a half ago, i get an EGD with small bowel biopsy. The result was duodenal intraepithelial lymphocytosis especially at villous tips and mild crypt hyperplasia." That can be indicative of infection, NSAID use, celiac, Crohn's, autoimmine disorder, sb bacterial overgrowth. So i was negative infection, negative H pylori, and don't use nsaids. I get celiac panel and it was normal and i am negative celiac genes. So the doc says you may just be sensitive to gluten but you do not have celiac. So i embark on a gluten-free diet for a month, didn't notice any difference, but then a month later i went dairy and gluten free and all my problems were gone. Soon after that I went paleo (where you don't have any grains). I started working out. Felt awesome. THen a couple months later started having weird problems. Such as this anxiety out of nowhere, fatigue, trouble staying asleep, not dreaming, weird skin bumps (went to a doc and he said folliculitis but then they disappeared by themselves without meds after having them for 5 months), had benign PVCs in my heart that lasted about 8 weeks for the first time ever and would be about 4-10 per minute all day long, when the PVCs stopped, my lower right eyelid started twitching nonstop all day long for about an 8 week period, and when i would touch my forehead it would really start spazzing out like crazy, then that stopped and on the right side of my face around my mouth/chin and cheek would constantly twitch. Also, get pins and needles going down my arms into my hands and fingers that lasts all day long sometimes. Now, for the past month, it hasn't been an all day thing, but i still get twitching everyday but not as bad in all areas of my body and still in my face. So i started tracking my diet, and I am not getting enough calcium, magnesium, zinc or B vitamins (B-12 is the only one i get more than enough of). SO i try to introduce milk again about 2 weeks ago and it killed my stomach. Nausea, constant gas, bad pains. So then i try lactaid milk after a week of regular milk and also started eating whole grain wheat bread again... after about a week of this my stomach is really hurting bad and getting annoying and having constant gas, yet my anxiety is totally gone and I am sleeping really good, started dreaming again. So i think before i wasn't getting enough vitamins, especially B-1 and B-2, niacin, B-5, all that stuff and that was the cause of the anxiety (because i stopped eating grains). I think all the spasming and muscle twitching could be a magnesium deficiency (because of my heart and muscle always twiching). Problem is that now mentally i feel really good and relaxed, but my stomach is KILLING ME... it just hurts so bad. Bread (i know it's not gluten but something in it like soy or some other wheat protein or something else in it) and dairy just kills me (cheddar cheese is the only dairy product i am pretty good with)... I am just so fed up. So i was thinking i should just take supplements because this stomach pain is really annoying. ANybody else like me? or just some advice for me?
