Whenever I have anxiety and depression, I crave hugs, affection, and to not be alone. It feels so much better when you can talk about how you feel or even just to have someone near who loves you. Sometimes when I'm alone and my fiancé is at his night shift, I get anxious. Cuddling with my dog helps a lot. Or calling someone you love. You will be fine, just keep a support system near you, whether it be family, friends, or even a dog or kitty.
