You won't go crazy most likely. Dissociation sucks, but by itself, it doesn't really threaten your sanity. I've been there, as have a lot of people on this forum I'm sure. I mean, in some sense you're already crazy... dissociation IS crazy. But you're probably not going to get to a point where you're like doing strange things in public and being a hazard to yourself/others.
You should see a therapist and try to deal with the underlying issues contributing to your anxiety/emotional issues. If you can do that, it'll get better.
The stuff with your deep thoughts doesn't really go anywhere, as I've been down that road as well
I guess I could give some advice, but you'd have to describe your situation and what's causing these issues in more depth. :)
