Thank you everyone.  I think I am going to talk to my Dr .about this when I go on Thursday. I really wanted to get opinions from those who deal with it.

I know this is a super old thread but I suffer from it also.  It just started less then a year ago after turning 35.  The week or so before and during are horrendous for me.  Headaches, anxiety, dizzy, moodiness, chest pains, can't sleep, etc.  Then I'll have a good week, maybe two before it starts all over again.   It sucks.  I am thinking of going to my GYN and possibly getting a referral to endocrinologist or hormone specialist.  Not really sure who to see.

Hi there BamaErin,

I am experiencing the same thing! I recently stopped taking my birth control after being on it for 9 years straight. Once I stopped, I had the biggest panic attack of my life (I'd NEVER had a panic attack before) and was taken to the ER. They thought I had a stroke. Had every test done under the sun and all came back normal. That was 4 months ago. Ever since then I haven't been the same. I am constantly anxious, dizzy, shaky, sweaty/clammy, nauseous. I've noticed that the symptoms are worse during different parts of my cycle. But really, I only have about 1 good week a month. I am tired of living like this.....I feel like I am trapped in my own body!
