Go enjoy yoursleves hang out with company, go on a long run or bike ride and try to switch off, try meditation, there are som great Apps you can get that will take your mind off it all. If your symptoms somehow seem a little random, a bit hard to pinpoint it will be anxiety. The more you focus the worse it gets. When i had buzzing i focussed and focussed, i thought my toe went numb and kept checking and tickling myself, after that i thought my leg was getting weaker and losing muscle tone. It was all anxiety and anxiety triggered by a stressful situation.
Believe you are healthy, if it helps go to the docs, but the trick is to get to the point where you can swtch off those thoughts just a little while and that will help enormously.
