I know it sounds like a silly recommendation, but it helped me so much, have you tried sublingual B Complex? I put two droppers under my tongue, hold for 30 seconds, and then swallow every time I have the anxiety creep up an d it helps immensly. It obviously won't be a replacment but definitely a help. I get the kind that doesn't need refridgeration so I can keep it with me. You can get it from any store, even kmart or walmart, in the vitamin section for under ten bucks. May not help but thought Id share what helped me most.
