I hate mornings

Every morning I get up at about 4:30, and from then on I feel nausea, I sweat, and feel dizzy. I even try to eat something, but it doesn't really help. I do eventually start to feel better at like 8:30. All these symptoms in the morning though always get my anxiety going. Does anything else experience something similar when you wake up? Does anybody have insomnia really bad?

I've had insomnia, whether it has been from the medicine or the fact that I just know I'm not going to be able to sleep.  Last night I slept great until about 4:30.  I have been dizzy sometimes in the mornings, but not too bad.....
Maybe your blood sugar is low in the mornings.

ive been really stressed and anxious lately and waking up at 4:30  lol  focusing on my symptoms and if they are still there...i think i keep hoping i wil wake up and they will be gone !!!!!!!!! I wake up to get ready for work at 5:45 so it pretty much messes up my sleep schedule and Ive been more tired at night.. hope it stops soon..I feel you

Try to quit thinking about it.  I realized last night if I didn't think about going to bed, I actually slept.
