I'm not sure how you're going as you havent posted in a month, but i thought i would post about something that i HOPE can help you like it has helped me - basically saved my life.
First question, have you ever had anyone check your neck for a neck problem? x rays etc.? If not i would HIGHLY recommend look into seeing an Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractor. Now, a lot of people will be like ah no not a chiro! this is not a normal chiro, they do not crack or twist or manipulate. Atlas Orthogonal refers to the first vertbrae in your neck, this bone is literally located right at the base of your skull where your brain stem is, what does your brain stem control? basically your entire nervous system...which controls your whole body. IF there is a misalignment, i'm not saying there is definitely or this is going to be your cure because everyone is different BUT misalignements in your neck particular upper can cause countless symptoms, one of the most common is dizziness & visual problems like you're describing. I went 7 months of constant hospital visits, i couldnt leave the house i couldnt do anything except sit at home all day in constant agony feeling dizzy & unbalanced where ever i would walk, i'd be crying all day every day & i felt helpless as no dr's could find what was wrong with me. It wasn't until i came accross a website upcspine.com where i read greg's story & it resonated with me, i emailed him & he got me in contact with the best Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractor in Australia. I've been seeing him for about 10 weeks now & the change has been absoloutley unbelievable, i can do things again my eyes are leveling out so the reduce in my weird visual symptoms has gone from being there 90% of the time to probably about 5% now (my neck is the worst my dr has ever seen in someone my age, im only 20 so it's going to take a while to fully recover)
Everyone takes different lengths of time to heal depending on how severe the misalignment is BUT i will tell you, im one of the worst he's seen & within 3 visits i had drastic improvements, before i went & saw him i couldnt lay on my back or front without getting dizzy, i'd get weird motion feelings in the car which went away within the first few visits. Now my neck is really healing & i feel AMAZING.
Sorry for the long ramble BUT i really hope & pray you & any one else reading this goes & see's an Atlas Orthogonal chiropractor & get checked! The treatment is completely painless you literally don't feel a thing, the only thing you feel is BETTER :)
I hope you're well again soon, don't give up!!
