Zanax Side effects

Hey guys I posted this in my other thread but I noticed after three days of taking one of the .25 Zanax pills my hands were shakey and I was jittery is this normal for this drug?

From what I read in a study, roughly 4% of individuals taking Xanax report feeling
jittery as a side affect. It also said side affects usually occur when you first take the drug and
subside as time goes on.

I dont even want to get into the whole benzo thing.They help me but also hurt and have a hold of me.
