Yellow Stool

God, I'm freaking. Had a brown stool this morning and tonight it started brown but ened actually soft and yellow. Could a bile obstruction happen this quickly? Plaese help.

High anxiety levels can cause yellow stool because rather than going through the digestive process normally, your waste is expelled pretty quickly when you're nervous. Don't worry about it. I've had this happen to me before and had a doctor told me that stool can have different appearances all the time.

Eat a lot of high-fat foods lately?

That can cause a yellow, floating stool.

Have you started taking vitamins lately?  I know Vitamin B2 and even magnesium supplements do that!  Also, fatty foods, and basically anything you eat affects it.  If you're not in severe pain, I really don't think you should worry.
