Anxiety/heartburn sharp heart pain?

does Anxiety cause gas and heartburn because i been having heartburn and anxiety a lot lately, and every since i said a bad anxiety/panic attack my i been getting sharp pain in my chest. one day i called the amburlace and they did a EKG and they said my heart was fine? its kinda worrying me?

Besides that heartburn and gas pain, ever since my anxiety came back I'm heart been beating fast sometimes. I'm wondering If pain is normal with anxiety?

All normal :)  Scary when you don't know what's going on, but normal.

Its normal.. I get chest pulps, chest pains, loud and hard heart beat and gas pain. It sucks but its normal.. just think you have had it before it does go away so take your mind off of it and breathe.. relax. Go out so u have to stop thinking about it when it happens. Hope this helped.. from a Long time sufferer

I am not saying that the chest pain is what I will suggest it is just something to look into --I have costochondritis. It is an inflammation of the intercostal muscles of the ribs. Trust me it can hurt like heck. It can mimic chest and heart pain too.
