Rabies/Bat Scare

Went to the doctor today and described my situation. She said I don't have rabies from a bat based on what I told her. i still am a little bit scared though even though my fears aren't based upon anything substantial. Are there any ways to make me forget about the situation?

Stay distracted.  Remind yourself that YOU DON'T HAVE RABIES and refuse to let the worries continue beyond that point.

From your other post, I agree with the doctor, you don't have rabies. As mollyfin said the best thing you can do is distract yourself and try to forget about it.
