Got my workbook today :)

I ordered The Anxiety and Phobia workbook and the shipping said it'd be here Monday. I got it today! Perfect timing as I had a stroke last night (  ::) ) and totally flipped out.

Yeah, I swore i was having a stroke for a few hours. Gotta love ha  :dazed:

Yes, I am reading as fast as I can (inbetween calls at work) and it is the 5th edition. Just a few pages in and I'm like "oh yeah, yep, that's me" and I flipped through it and it covers HA
