I know I am new here, but it feels so nice to have others who understands all this. I have posted about being afraid of the last pap smear and why but I have a new problem, well had it a few weeks. I have been having some pains in the lower left pelvic region that seems to travel up the left side of my waist and up to the left ribs. I have been having some trouble with passing stools lately, I do but not a lot. Usually I am IBS-D, so this is a bit new. I'm terrified I have a colon problem, like cancer or even a pancreas problem . My dad had his first ever colonoscopy today and it went fine and everything came up clean. So that gave me the courage to go to my moms GP and check out my pains. I admit I have been under a major anxiety attack since January so I'm hoping that is whats causing my problems. I'm the type of HA sufferer that is scared to go to the Dr's because of something they may find. It took all the courage I had to make the appointment. Now I have to wait until April 1 (April fools day, how nice) because that was her first opening, but at least I made the first step. Has anyone here experienced these types of pains, sometimes it feels like it starts at the left ovary, other times it seems to start higher up. I'm going to try and not worry to much until then and certainly no Dr. Google.

Oh one other thing, it seemed to have gotten worse when my husband hit the brakes about 2 weeks ago. We were traveling at about 60mph and a dog ran out in front of us. He slammed the brakes on and I flew forward into the seat belt. The pain seems to be right where the lap belt was and the worst pain where the lap belt meets the shoulder belt. So I don't know if that was the cause or just made it worse. Oh and the dog was safe, we missed him.
