Ruptured ovarian cyst?!

I've had a few ovarian cysts rupture, so I know what the pain is. But, this is a little TMI, I just got done going to the bathroom (BM) and soon after i had this pain in my lower abdomen, on both sides, that shoots down into my lady parts. I called my OB doctor and got an apt for tomorrow because I'm thinking the Mirena might be causing the pain too. But of course I'm freaking myself out thinking it's my appendix. Anyone else had ovarian cysts and had these kind of symptoms? I'm freaking myself out.

Appendix usually has several more symptoms than just pain.
You know during my lady time BMs can cause the pain you're talking about. I also have an IUD ( the paraguard not mirena).

I can get the pain in a lesser degree during ovulation. I wonder if...um...the BM bothered something in there? It's possible. Just give yourself a chance to relax such as taking a bath, watching a fave show or movie, etc. Don't give your mind the chance to run away until you've seen the doctor!

I bet you'll get it all figured out and it won't be scary!
