Struggling...

So amidst another what should be "good" transition, I am having a terribly hard time.

Started a new job but feel anxious daily.  Between the sore eyes and loads of floaters I now see pretty much always, along with seeing glittery sparkly lines from time to time too... not eye migraine (I have those)... but sparks of some kind.  I also feel faint and detached a lot, and fight the urge to get up and leave or call out daily.  It is very tiring.

I can't focus, I google too much... I am so disappointed in myself for nothing being able to "pull it together."  I have an eye dilation exam scheduled this weekend and I just can't wait to get it over with.  Every day all day I fear that they will find a serious problem, order an MRI and I will find I have some terrible illness.  I wake up anxious and go to bed that way too.  I keep waiting for a period of being anxiety free to hurry up and get here.

If any of you work full time how do you keep focused?  Are my tons of eye symptoms really exacerbated by anxiety? How can it be normal to see loads of floaters even at times in dim lighting, and sparkles too... seemingly out of nowhere??  Should I be running to the doctor begging for an MRI? I don't know what to think.
