hypnosis therapy for anxiety???

im looking to get a cd from Amazon,or mps from itunes or maybe a app.Do you guys/gals know of a really good guided ones?Not just sounds and music but someone talking you through anxiety with a nice calm voice etc

I had a client who loved the mp3s from this guy http://www.stevegjones.com/
I bought one but haven't listened to it so I honestly can't say.  All I know is someone said to google coupons for him, I think on groupon and the price of mine went from like 100 to $4.  You can also make your own recording. If you buy a self hypnosis book it can teach you to hypnotize yourself and then you could even record it and tailor it to exactly what you need.  (I'm a hypnotherapist...it's not that hard to make your own recording for yourself once you have a base to start with!)

I do a lot of these, I just recently downloaded one called END by rapid hypnosis, I have only been doing it a few days but I really like it. I downloaded it from the kindle store on amazon.

I recently bought Goodbye Worries by Roberta Shapiro.  There are a few different exercises she goes through and her voice is soothing enough....I like it...
